Biography
Born in the heart of Hollywood, California, Leilani Neder has always had a deep appreciation for music and the arts. Her father served as a Marine Corps officer for over thirty years, which granted her the opportunity to constantly travel around the world. She has lived all over the U.S., and spent six years living abroad in Okinawa, Japan. While living in North Carolina, Leilani started working in a concert hall on base at the age of fifteen. After graduating high school she decided to stay in North Carolina and study Family and Community Services at East Carolina University.

While attending ECU, Leilani began assisting independent artists with their budding music careers. She founded a small independent label, and hosted various concerts and events around North Carolina. After her father retired from the military, she made the move back to Los Angeles to pursue music management. Not long after moving back home, she began working for another independent label and served as their Artist Liaison. She toured around California and Nevada with the label’s R&B/Pop group Breaking Day. During this time, Leilani also began working at a startup tech company named ZEFR(formerly known as MovieClips) where she was responsible for identifying and monitoring YouTube music content owned by major record label partners. After a few years, the act Breaking Day decided to go their separate ways. Leilani then teamed up with one of the group’s lead vocalists and began independently managing her career as a solo artist under the name Ella Rogue.

Leilani currently still manages recording artist Ella Rogue. Under her guidance her artist has worked with top musicians and producers to release two albums, which are available on iTunes and other major music distributors. With her background in Family and Community Services, and her love for music Leilani became inspired by the very beginning stages of a musician’s life. She often volunteers with various music foundations that aid young artists, and now serves as the School Operations Manager at the Westside Music Conservatory in Santa Monica, which was previously The Conservatory of Performing Arts in West Los Angeles.
